Pickett’s Mill Elementary PTA

The Green Crews TIP OF THE MONTH has kicked off for
the school year. We are looking for student tips on
recycling. On the last Friday of the month The Green
Crew will choose a winner from tips submitted. That
tip will be read on the Pickett’s Mill morning news,
placed on the Green Crew Blog and there will be a
prize for the winning submission as well.

The first sample tip was announced Monday am by Ms.
Chesser which was, “Did you know that you can recycle
your newspapers by using them instead of paper towels
to clean your windows for a streak free shine?”

Don’t forget to turn your recycling tip in to the
Media Center this month. Put them in the “tip box”
located at the check out desk.  Forms are available in
the media center as well.
